Beautifully renovated, my Victorian Cottage is perfectly situated in The Sunday Times' "Best Places to Live in the North and Northeast", Todmorden, with far reaching views and country walks right on the doorstep. With 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, the accommodation comfortably sleeps 6 guests with an open plan living kitchen, perfect for socialising; a superb entertaining space for family or friends. Todmorden train station is just over 1 mile away with Hebden Bridge 10 minutes drive away.

Inspired by Farrow and Ball's "Studio Green', the house has been recently renovated to a high quality with a beautifully fitted kitchen offering a sociable breakfast bar area with cooking accessories and an integrated fridge with a small freezer. You will enjoy 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a Burlington bathroom with bath and shower over as well as a study/dressing area, which is perfect if you need to work on your break. There is a monitor available also, so you can work with ease! The property is well and truly in the countryside with walks on your doorstep, literally 1 minute away and you are in the green Yorkshire fields. The cottage has a boot room, perfect for your dirty shoes and bikes.

The entire house is yours and the top area of the garden will be available in 2021 whilst I renovate the additional outdoor space. There is dedicated parking for one car which is off road.

House trained dogs are allowed but politely ask that you respect that they are kept on the ground floor only to help us maintain the cleanliness of the carpets and bedding whilst respecting other guests who do not have pets of their own. You can enjoy the town but also visit local attractions such as Hollingworth Lake and Hebden Bridge with ease. I am always here to give advise on local bars, restaurants and shops and I am always happy to support local businesses who sell amazing foods for your trip; especially some of the stalls on our indoor market including the bakers and two local butchers. There are lots of vegan, veggie and meat options from all of the above also! Centre Vale Park is a 6/7 minute walk away and is perfect for a nice easy walk, especially for those with children as there is a large play park and lots of space to run, play or cycle.
